HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD

For the most accurate fit, use a soft measuring tape.

Position the tape approximately ½ inch above your eyebrows.

Wrap it around your forehead and just above your ears.

Continue around the widest part of the back of your head.

Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it too tight.
